Everything Feels A Little Too Much

When there’s too much going on, your mind won’t settle, and you feel on edge and easily irritated

Everything feels urgent at once,
you feel easily irritated or overwhelmed,
You can’t focus on one thing,
Small things start to feel like a lot,
you feel wired, but not clear,

What might be going on


When there’s a lot coming in, noise, tasks, people, pressure, your system can become overloaded.


Instead of processing things calmly, everything starts to stack up.

Your mind keeps jumping from one thing to another, trying to keep up.


This isn’t you failing to cope.


It’s your system responding to too much input at once.


When there’s no space to pause, everything can start to feel louder, faster, and more intense than it actually is.

A small reset


Create a little space.


Pause for a moment and gently slow things down.

Take one steady breath in… and out.


Then ask yourself:


 What actually needs my attention right now?
