Delivery
Website orders for physical products are currently delivered within the UK. In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours. Dispatch is when your order leaves us; it is not a next-day delivery promise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment.

Outside the UK, please use Amazon for the book. The Kindle eBook is sold through Amazon, separately from the website hardback.

Printables
Printables are digital products. No physical item is posted. If you have a problem accessing a purchased file, contact Emma with your order number.

Returns
For a physical item bought through this website, tell us within 14 days of receiving it if you wish to cancel, then return it within a further 14 days. Email Emma for return instructions. Standard outbound delivery is refunded when the whole order is cancelled. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of posting, whichever is earlier. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Amazon orders and Kindle purchases are managed through Amazon. For a digital purchase made here, contact Emma about cancellation or a faulty file; downloading does not remove your statutory rights automatically.
