Rhythm & Regulation is about reconnecting with the body’s natural pace and the rhythms that shape it.
This work draws on nervous system awareness, rewilding, connection to nature, and cyclical patterns including the rhythm of the moon as reference points rather than rules.
The focus is on listening inwardly and responding with care, instead of forcing life into productivity, calendars or external expectations.

Luna Rhythm

Luna Rhythm explores the moon as one of many natural cycles that can support awareness and reflection.
Rather than offering instructions or timelines to follow, this work invites you to notice how different phases connect with your own energy, emotions and needs.
The moon is used here as a reference point to observe alongside your lived experience, not as an authority telling you how to feel or act.

Luna Meditations

Lunar meditations are offered as optional practices to support reflection and grounding.
You’re invited to use them in a way that suits your body and nervous system, rather than following the moon’s phase.

I use these journaling sheets every day. Not all of them. Just the ones my body needed.
