Steps

  • Go outside, or sit by a window where the moonlight is visible.

  • Sit or stand comfortably.

  • Do nothing for a few minutes.

  • Let your body settle naturally.

  • Leave when it feels complete.

Words to say

(Optional — only if it feels natural)

I allow my energy to return to me, for my best interests.

This is not about charging, releasing, or manifesting.

It’s about regulation through light, stillness, and timing.

There is nothing to visualise and nothing to finish.

Next step

If your body feels tired or overstimulated, continue with a simple meditation or the New Moon rhythm before trying to make sense of everything.

This may help if you feel

Tired, overstimulated, needing quiet, needing softness
