Waning Moon Meditation
Release and Reflection
As the moon wanes and your energy begins to turn inward, things may start to feel quieter and more reflective.
This phase — both the waning moon and the luteal phase — is a natural time for slowing down, letting go, and noticing what feels out of balance.
You might find your thoughts becoming more inward or sensitive. Nothing has gone wrong — this is your system drawing your attention to what may need rest, space, or adjustment.
There’s no need to push here.
Just a gentle shift from doing into noticing, and allowing things to settle.
