The depths of winter

In a world that follows a fast, linear calendar, winter often asks something very different of us.

While the outside world may be pushing for fresh starts and constant momentum, the

deeper rhythm of the season invites us to slow down, turn inward, and rest.

This meditation is a space to be held by the dark, to soften into stillness, and to honour the

quiet work happening beneath the surface.

There is no need to rush or force energy here. Instead, we pause, breathe, and gently feel

the first signs of life returning in their own time.
