Most of us have been taught to push through, stay consistent, keep going, no matter what.

This space is an invitation to notice your own rhythm. To work with your body instead of against it.

To understand the patterns that already exist within you and around you.

Waning Moon

A slower, winding-down phase where energy begins to dip and your focus turns inward again.

Full Moon

A fuller, more outward phase where energy peaks and things can feel more alive and expressive.

Waxing Moon

A phase where energy begins to return and things start to feel a little lighter and more possible.

New Moon

A quieter, slower phase where your energy dips and your body asks for rest.
