This phase often aligns with the luteal phase — the time before your period when energy begins to drop again.

You may feel more inward, more sensitive, or more aware of what isn’t working. It’s a natural time for slowing down, reflecting, and letting things go.

Start to reduce your pace where you can.
Prioritise rest, keep things simple, and begin to close off anything that feels draining or unnecessary.

This is a closing phase.
A time to wind down, reflect, and prepare for rest — not to push or take on more.
