Feeling Stuck
When you want to move forward, but can’t seem to get started, even when you really want to
It May Feel Like;
you know what you need to do, you're just not doing it
you keep putting things off
you feel stuck and don’t know where to start
you scroll or distract yourself instead
you feel frustrated with yourself
you want to move… but you don’t

What might be going on
This isn’t laziness.
When things feel like too much, your system can slow everything down to protect you.
Instead of pushing forward, it pauses.
This can look like avoiding things, overthinking, or staying still even when you want to move.
The more pressure you put on yourself to “just get on with it,” the harder it can feel to start.
Nothing has gone wrong here.
This is often what overwhelm looks like when it turns inward.
A small reset
Make it smaller.
Not the whole task — just the first tiny step.
What is the smallest thing I could do right now?
Even something simple like standing up, opening the page, or starting for two minutes is enough.
