Common signs...
You may feel...
Nothing appeals, but the scrolling carries on.
What might be going on
Boredom can be a sign that you need interest, challenge, company or play. Scrolling offers constant novelty without much involvement, so you can finish feeling just as unsatisfied. Sometimes the missing ingredient is rest rather than more stimulation.
Try this first
Put the phone aside for a moment. Check whether you need food, rest or something interesting to do. Choose one of those needs before opening another app.
Once calmer
Try an activity that asks you to take part for ten minutes. Make something, learn a small skill, play a game or explore somewhere nearby. Judge it after trying, rather than waiting for enthusiasm to arrive.
Reflection
Nothing appeals, but the scrolling carries on.
When did I last feel absorbed in something, and what part of that experience could I bring into today?
Did taking part hold your interest more than watching? If not, try a different kind of activity or give yourself a proper rest.
Something You Need To Hear
The Page of Wands has come through to remind you that curiosity needs a little room to play. You keep asking what will be worth your time before letting yourself try anything. Pick a small experiment. It does not need to become a skill, a business or another way to improve yourself.
