Burn Out
Learning To Rest The Mind, Body And Soul
When you feel constantly tired, overwhelmed, and disconnected from the world around you
Burn out may feel like;
tired, but wired,
overwhelmed by small things,
flat or disconnected
It often builds quietly over time, rather than all at once

Burn Out
Burnout is often the result of caring deeply, being responsive, and learning, over time, to measure your worth through how others respond to you.
When connection and feedback matter, it’s easy for approval, reassurance, or harmony to become quiet markers of safety.
A positive response can feel settling. A flat, critical, or uncertain one can feel unsettling in ways that are hard to explain. Not because anything is “wrong,” but because the nervous system has learned to stay alert to how it is being perceived.
Over time, this creates a pattern of constant self-monitoring. Effort increases. Boundaries soften. Rest becomes conditional. The body stays in a state of readiness — adapting, anticipating, and adjusting to avoid discomfort or disconnection — until that state of coping becomes unsustainable.
Burnout isn’t something to blame yourself for — it’s often a sign your body needs more support.
When things have been too much for too long, your system can struggle to switch off.
Instead of doing more, the focus is on creating calm and stability so your body can begin to relax again.
This isn’t about fixing everything today.
For now becoming aware is anough
